💖 1. Eligibility for Returns
We DO NOT accept returns for digital products. We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Please email [email protected] before sending anything back so we can authorize your return and give you the correct mailing details.
📦 2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Cosmetics or lip products (including Glow for Filth items)
- Worn or laundered apparel
- Custom or one-of-a-kind merchandise
- Digital downloads, freebies, or printable items (once delivered)
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
💰 3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.
🔄 4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items of the same product (if available).
If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

International returns are accepted; however, shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased at a significant discount cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival.

These are delivered instantly upon checkout or email signup and are non-refundable once accessed.
